Carla Reyes leads the team with intensity and dedication. Her hands-on, focused approach inspires her team to exceed the clients’ expectations by delivering only the highest quality service with accuracy and integrity. Carla is the team’s “fearless leader” capable of solving some of the most complex title issues. She is driven by a strong desire to be the leading authority in land title and settlement services in the area. Her experience spans almost two decades as a real estate and title insurance professional.

Beth Plenskofski is our Senior Settlement Officer who is known in the industry for her pleasant demeanor and great sense of humor. She has worked very hard over the years to earn the respect that she commands. She is detail oriented, thorough, courteous and patient. She views all parties in the transaction as the “client”, and this approach has been one of the most defining elements of her success. Beth has been at the closing table for the 20 + years. She holds her title license in PA, NJ, DC, DE, GA, NC, SC and WV.

Veronica Calderon has the resolve and determination that it takes to be successful as a Settlement Officer who is flexible, efficient, and helpful. She takes a “roll up your sleeves” approach to each transaction that she handles, communicating effectively with all parties to minimize the potential for errors that can delay closing. Her extensive background in the mortgage industry provides a solid foundation from which her experience has been built, lending her the expertise and knowledge required to successfully close each transaction.

Eisenberg, Esq. is the managing partner of Vested Abstract, LLC. and the CEO and founding partner of Stern & Eisenberg, PC, a leading regional law firm serving twelve states and the District of Columbia. Steven’s expansive industry knowledge, strong leadership skills, and diversified background in real estate is the backbone of our company. His creative solutions and out of the box approach is the key to our success. Steven received his J.D. (Juris Doctor) from Temple University School of Law and his MBA (Masters of Business Administration) from Temple University School of Business.
